Boys Junior Varsity Lacrosse, Boys Varsity Lacrosse · Winter Workouts Begin November 1


Our lacrosse strength and condition program will begin next Wednesday, November 1 at 530.  Please meet at the F wing Quad at 530p and be ready to go.

Our schedule will then be every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 530 – 730p until Winter Break.

Dress code will be enforced, I expect everyone to be wearing royal blue gym shorts and a white t-shirt; sweatshirts are also acceptable for cold nights.  Make sure to wear proper shoes as we will be doing a lot of footwork drills, lifting and running (no slippers, vans or slides).
