Boys Junior Varsity Lacrosse, Boys Varsity Lacrosse · Winter Workouts Begin November 5


Our winter strength and conditioning program will begin Monday, November 5 at 530pm.  All workouts will be 2 hours in length, 530-730pm and will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.  We will meet in front of the weight room in the F wing.

Dress code will be required for all participants, all will need the following items.

  • Royal blue gym shorts
  • Plain white T-shirt
  • Running shoes (no vans, slides, slippers etc)
  • Sweat shirt of any type or color (for cold or wet nights)
  • Water bottle
